i'm relatively new to watching anime (more about reading manga) but one of my favorite magical girl animes is called Mahou no Tenshi Creamy Mami (Magical Angel Creamy Mami in english). it's pretty old, from the 1980's or such. not like i was around for the airing of that lol, i'm not that old!

I love Detective Conan! It sucks that Case Closed only ended at 130 some thing episodes, but I have Detective Conan to watch murder mystery cases when I want to.

I've watched a lot of anime over the years, be it from TV or online, but my favorites are always the slice-of-life stuff. Dunno why, I just love it.

Some of my favorites:

-Toradora!
-The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (the movie was really good)
-Soul Eater
-Ga-Rei Zero (really good omg)
-Baccano!
-Sword Art Online

Durarara!! will always be my all-time favorite though. Nothing compares to the way that anime is set up. Characters seemingly unrelated all have something to do with one another, and there's a lot of them.

I have a very soft spot in my heart for FLCL.

Doesn't make sense, but it doesn't need to - I get something new out of it every time I watch it.

I loved FLCL. Never understood one minute of it but I swear it was hilarious and amazing.

Since this is an Animal Crossing forum, the AC movie was pretty good, too.
