The quest you had to do for him and Anju was my favourite quest out of all the Zelda games.

It was the only quest, EVER, that you control someone other than ]While not a side-quest, you can control Medli and Makar in the Earth and Wind Temples as well.

Anyway, my favorite character is probably Quill from TWW. The Rito are really cool, and this guy is wise, gets to visit Link here and there throughout his quest, and an overall pretty likable dude in my opinion. His role is also one I would love to take on myself out of the entire franchise, so that probably helps in making the character my favorite.
