What is your favorite in the (not the 3ds) in the DS family?

Mine is the DS PHAT... download (3).jpg
It felt like the last classic nintendo console before nintendo got all modern and sleek with the GBMicro DSlite and Wii

DSi bc flipnote hatena............. such good times
then DS lite haha

The micro came out like the same time as DS.
You'd figure the micro would be more "classic" as it played gba games.

I only had the original DS, though it was my favorite because it was bigger and more comfortable to hold. It was a tad flimsy though and remains the only console I own that has physically broken (snapped hinges). Not to mention I didn't think it was that nice looking, it looked like a prototype.

My sister had a DSi though. That was lot nicer looking, though not as comfortable.

The DS lite because it could also play GBA games. I had a pink one and loved it. I had a white DSi that's a close second favourite. I still own my DS lite but I gave my DSi to my fianc?.

The only one I ever had was the DS Phat haha. I liked it a lot, though, even if the design was pretty bulky.

I only have experience with the original DS and the DS Lite. I much preferred the latter. :)

Mine wasn't flimsy at all, it took my daughter throwing it at a wall (she was 3) to make it break, and even with that, it still works fine.

I'm a bit divided with my preference between the original DS and the DS Lite. I love the brighter screens on the Lite, but prefer the DS GBA slot, since the games didn't stick out like with the DS Lite.

I had the original, clunky, DS and I loved it so much. I also had many DS Lites because they broke easily (at least for me) and I finished off before a 3DS with a DSi. And I still use the DSi to this day.

Out of the 3 styles I had, I liked the DSi the most. Going back to the old DS' after getting that DSi was like going back to a flip phone after you've had a smart phone.

I'll have to go with a ds lite since it was the only one of the ds family i experienced. i had the pink one and i loved it a lot and played cooking mama 2 on it a lot as a kid

Personally, DS Lite is the greatest DS iteration I've ever gotten so far. Not only it righted many of the original DS's design flaws such as ridiculously small stylus and uncomfortable edges, but it also retained the GBA slot that would be axed from DSi onwards. It's the handheld that started including adjustable brightness setting. Did I mentioned that their rechargeable battery lasts up to around 20 hours?

Why can't I pick the 3DS?
DS Lite, I guess, but see the above question.

DS Lite mainly because its the only one I had and it was my first Nintendo console (before that I had a PlayStation One). I like how the DS Lite is small and compact, not to mention it came in great colours. I got the Coral Pink one when it first came out and later got the limited edition Lime Green One.

It's a tie between the ds lite and the dsi for me.
I loved the sleek texture of the ds lite and the ability to customize its exterior easily.
I liked the dsi for it's projection.
