I don't mind time traveling since I don't have any turnips this week, so yes, you can pick her up early when the auction ends in 3 hours. I can't do it tomorrow because of my awkward class schedule; I'm away from 3:30 PDT to 10pm PDT, which is why I noted that it'll have to be later at night for my side of the world, ah ha.

If you do emerge victorious, then you can pick her up after the time limit of the auction has expired.
