As it says on the tin, Fauna has decided to leave Dunclair. The town is relatively new, and I don't like Fauna much, so her house is pretty close to original- I'd say 90-95%. I'm looking to trade her for Julian, and am not interested at all in bells/items/etc, so please don't offer them, okay?
I'm willing to TT her into boxes. I'd prefer that you have at least 10 positive wifi ratings as well- sorry, it's just that a buddy of mine was very recently ripped off in a villager trade, so I am being more cautious at the moment.
