- You may lurk ONE villager at a time.
- I will PM you that your lurked villager is in boxes AT THE SAME TIME as I post it here.
- If you are UNABLE to pick up your lurked villager before someone else makes an offer, you lose your lurked villager.
- When trading, DO NOT run off. I will show you to your lurked villager.
- Add my friend code (4296-3489-3330) before requesting!
- I will post when a villager is in boxes and when a villager is new.
- I accept TBT ONLY. (With the exception of Collectibles (NO PEARS/ORANGES))
- If you decide to buy a villager, you MUST give me a time you can pick them up, and what timezone you live in.
- FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE!. I will hold villagers for 3 hours at the max if I cannot immediately trade.
- If you don't pick up your villager within 6 hours (or more depending on my schedule) I will repost that they are still available.
- NO RESERVATIONS, unless you are willing to pay 100 TBT for one.
- If no one buys the villager in boxes within 4 hours of the notice, a NEW CYCLE will occur.
- I will AUTO VOID all Tier FIVE villagers! No Lurking for T5.
