Fake Walls

What is your favorite way to make fake walls for interior design? I'm trying to find simple panels to catalogue but I've heard that trophy cases and other things also work for fake walls. What do you use in your house?

I'd recommend the climbing wall. It looks really good turned around! Something like this:

Probably climbing wall and trophy cases would be my best bet.
