Muffy, because she is very pretty & elegant. Her house looks like a fairytale house with the Rococo furniture (you could slow replace it for the white & pink version if you wanted to lighten her up a bit) She has bright greeny-blue eyes & raven hair..as well as a pale face---so she is like Snow White.
Piano music plays in her house & besides Phoebe she is the prettiest uchi.
I was lucky enough to have Phoebe & Muffy in my town, and (Muffy just moved out today because I forgot to pause the town while sick & loaded up to find her gone) Muffy was my BFF with me & Tangy & a wonderful lady to have in your town.
