The thing is, I don't know how I'm going to get everyone to do their matches, since everyone's from different Forums and such. I also don't know if all of this work out, because bringing in different Rated Forums might be against the Rules.

I was suprised Batleth or Zilly didn't close down our "Forum Vs. Forum" Threads over at TTC!

All I can think of is making one big chatroom for everyone to join or something along the lines of that.

It'll be hard, long, and frustrating. But there may be a way.
