Exams ~ How did you do?

Exams come next weeks for me. We find out exemptions on Friday .-.

I took mine a week ago, and I haven't got my reports on them yet. I know that one of my teachers, my favorite one, told me I got a 74, but then said he was bumping everyone up by 10 points, so 84.

I'd take a 20% exam any day!! The worst one that I have had was worth 70% of my final grade. Most of mine exams in the past have sat around ~40%. My final exam for my summer class is worth 45%.


On another note, I got my midterm mark back and I was quite happy with an 81%. Especially since last accounting class I have taken ended in a very horrible experience - which made me incredibly nervous. Now i just need to get a 45% on my final to pass the class.

I did okay overall. All of my grades were borderline so they either dropped or raised them, and most of them raised so I was happy.

I miss school so much, honestly I know it's taboo but test taking was my favorite, I was never big on homework, essays and the like, but when it came to test and exams I was the champ. I can retain a lot of information so I always got really great test scores and other kids would hate me for setting the curve too high, teachers also asked me to tutor and help other students. The kicker was I NEVER studied. I actually almost failed a class because it was heavily homework based which I didn't do, but I aced all the tests and the teacher told me she would kick my grade up by one if I got a certain score or above on the final and I KILLED IT just barely passing the class. Ehuheuheuhe. I know this is talking about most likely college exams but I think I would do pretty well on those too.

Wish I had the same mental capacity as you do. I've never been one who's good at actually remembering stuff.

my bio and chem sucked. my english was average and both my math exams went well.

Yes! I wish they made homework optional as well. Most of the homework I get either doesn't relate to the tests we take or is harder than the actual test. I can easily pass just by paying attention in class, but I do the work anyway so that I can get good recommendation letters and scholarships. I didn't take the exams, but I got a 102 in AP Calc AB, 103 in AP Physics, 98 in AP Gov, and a 102 in Honors English (I hate English, the novels they assign suck and the answers are too ambiguous) for my final grade.
