Every trace of my 4th ACNL character is gone save for her house. What do?

I have 4 animal crossing characters. Or at least... I did. I went to play as my 4th character Cordelia today and realized she was gone. Her name doesn't appear on the screen in the menu where you pick a character and just about every trace of her seems to have vanished. Her house is still there though. But I've noticed when I tap on her house on the map her name doesn't appear above it like it usually does, the text box is just entirely blank. I've made no attempts to delete this character myself and I dont have siblings or friends who would have been messing with my game. What on earth do I do? Where did she go? I can't seem to find anything about this issue anywhere else.

I tried looking too... A bump for you, maybe someone can figure it out.
The last time you played with her, did you maybe power off before it could finish saving by accident? That's literally the only thing I can think of.
I'll keep looking for you, if I find anything I'll post back here.

I have actually never heard of this happening, like Seashell said if you didn't save while you were playing as her maybe it "broke" it some how??

I tried to google this and the only thing that popped up was talking about disappearing villagers not secondary characters. I wouldn't think they go away after so long of not being played right? That would be absurd.
