I feel like everyone's default game is Pokemon X or Y now and no one really walks around with ACNL in their DS all the time anymore, it sucks :c I'm never gonna get the badge now lmao
Yep, I have given up getting even the bronze badge. I used to take my ds to a hot zone at least once a week but I no longer get AC streetpass. I know it's not going to happen but I wish Nintendo would lower the required number.
I must live in a strange town, but I get street passes for New Leaf every time I go out. Especially if I visit my fiance at his college town. But when I go to a hot spot there is at least one other NL player. Mostly it is Pokemon, so I get excited whenever I see a game that isn't Pokemon.
ahh same, i live in a big city too so i streetpass people every time i go out but its so rare to get AC streetpasses anymore. :/ never thought i would actually miss the basic non-upgraded houses with like 1 or 2 starter furniture lol. it was better than nothing at all!
i also wonder if a lot of people have progressed far enough in their game that they turn off streetpass in order to prevent random move ins. i dont know how many people care about that kinda thing but from reading online it seems like something a lot of people are paranoid about (understandably, it can suck sometimes to get some random voided villager moving in and messing up your town)
I get plenty of ACNL players but they've all turned off streetpass sharing
"Hi I'm so and so, most recently I've been playing Animal Crossing: New Leaf" oh goodie! ...and no ACNL notification...
I had to take my bro to London Paddington station on Saturday, I picked up well over thirty miis since it's a major travel location. At least 10 of those had been playing ACNL, not one house. Bah! The sad thing is I'd actually really like to have their voided villagers, I love getting random guys with history.
