Ever been lucky enough to have tier 1 or 2 villagers as starters?

I restarted my town earlier last week and discovered I started with Skye!
Then two days later... MASHAL MOVED IN! I nearly fell off my bed.

Has any other bell tree users been lucky enough to have tier one/two starters? Or even start with popular dreamies of yours?

I haven't had the luck personally, but my boyfriend had Fauna as a starter. *o*

I didn't have any as starters, but I got Ankha by Streetpass and Erik from someone's void! Wait..I had Sprinkle, but I'm not sure if she's tier 2!

I once got a full set of 5 tier ones...but they were all ones I didn't like...at all. Rosie, Lolly, Bam, Bob, and Fang. Not even 1% as good as my Namek starters! Rory, Pekoe, Soleil, Deli, and Puddles. Only Puddles will be leaving.

Fauna was one of my starters, actually. The rest of them were tier 4 and 5 though, I'm not that lucky.

I got Diana AND Flurry as starting characters in my second town. The other three were tier 4 or 5 though :/

i don't really see it as lucky, since it's the same chance of getting them as any other villager, but i've had a few tier 1s and 2s yes. i don't care about popularity of villagers though

I had Julian as a starter in my very first town, and I immediately thought he was a girl (being a unicorn with long, flancy eyelashes and all). Didn't realize that he was either a guy, nor that he was popular and lots of people wanted him at the time.
Otherwise I would've given him to someone.

I got Rosie as one of my starters, pretty happy about that because she's one of my dreamies. Couldn't believe I got her in only one try. The others weren't high tier villagers though.

My first ever town had Fauna as a first move in.. And I've had Skye as a first move in for my Pok?mon town

But I've had many popular starters in cycle towns (I made sure I got some to start off with to make things interesting)

In Rosewood I started with Skye. Beau and Zucker moved in not long after.
In Eclipse Julian moved in

My other two towns I only got horible villagers.

Oh while I was starting a new town Ankha was a starter. (I reset though because of the town fruit)

I've reset my weeding town plenty of times and been lucky enough to have a few tier 1s and 2s as starters or random move-ins (Ankha being one of the more memorable ones). Most recently, when I started my second town, Ponde, two of the starters were Lolly and Beau!
