Ever accidentally given your villagers Unorderables?

I've given Marshal & Chrissy Afternoon Tea-sets on purpose and Bluebear pieces of the princess set on purpose.

Before I knew that Gracie items weren't re-orderable, I used to give them Gracie clothing all the time >_>

Not accidentally, but I have given them unorderables because I thought they looked nice in their houses, only to have them replace said unorderables a couple days later oTL

I give my villagers Gracie clothing on purpose because some of their outfits are awful >~< I gave Francine a card shelf so it would fill in the space in her house.

No, I've never given them unorderables either by accident or on purpose. I suppose now that I have a few duplicates and am getting my "Main Town" closer to how I want it I will.

I think the goldfish, piranha, and sea butterflies look so cute in their tanks! Once in a while I give a shark, too.

BTW...I've been wondering how to fix Ankha's house and the spare Golden Items furniture is a terrific idea!

I gave Phoebe a spare piece of the golden series as a birthday gift. That was on purpose though. She still has it in her house months later

I don't think I have. Usually I end up giving villagers furniture I gain from doing deliveries for them.

I was watching a movie, and not paying much attention to what I was doing in the game. I accidentally gave Zucker an Afternoon Tea Set instead of the table intended for him. I was already so far into my day without saving I just couldn't go back and told myself I could always buy a new one on TBT. Luckily, a few days later Zucker wanted to have something replace it. Made sure I gave him the furniture while he was in his house and he gave back my Afternoon Tea Set.

Yeah, both accidentally and on purpose. For example, I had so many extra Pave items after Festivale that I decided to decorate Papi's house with the series, and I've also decorated Bunnie's house with some Weeding Day/Insect/Mush items. When I gave Bunnie my coffee cup from Brewster's to put on her table, however, I didn't realize I couldn't reorder the thing

I have. I'm hoping I can buy some of them back and just leave the others where they are (in the case of furniture like beds that's harder for them replace with random bugs and fish). I didn't know what unorderables were when I started playing and didn't think it was possible to get "rare" items early in the game so I just assumed it was safe to give them away. This was before I was unlocked the catalogue.
