Event? "Let's see what the day brings"

When I resumed my game it saved and reloaded saying something as if an event was happening say something like "let's see what the day brings"

Anyone know what this means?

It means that your game needs to reload for a new day. Eg. New fossils Whether it rains or not,If you have a camper or not etc. Basically an excuse that Isabelle gives so she she can start a new day. A new day starts every 6 am.

every other game was at 12am

But 12am is a new day, thats when a new villager would appear in WW/CF/GC etc
12am is when the day changes irl so i dont get it

But you wouldnt have to play at 12am you could just wait till 6am anyway, 6 hours wouldnt make a difference in your game lol

I mean in other games I always forget and miss it because of midnight deadlines. I like to be able to be on at 1am and finishing things up for tomorrow, because it isn't a new day until I sleep lol
