How much tbt do you have?
how do you get those download codes?
Sometimes there are people, who sell the code of their games
and how do they get he code of their games? like is it the game itself or is it club nintendo code stuff?
When you buy a game on nintendo's online store, I think it comes with a code
the only codes that come along with that is the Club nintendo code where you can participate in giveaway from nintendo. I think they get those codes either from online 3rd party generators or they get it from club nintendo. did some research xD

You can purchase the digital copies of various games on the official nintendo website. The code she's speaking about is the code that people receive after paying full price for the game. Not the club nintendo code.
If you want some advice then I'd thoroughly suggest a different method of obtaining a download code, as I don't think anybody on this website would happily fork over a ?30 pounds game for forum credits. It simply isn't worth it.

people have been buying game codes to trade for collectibles and BTB, but I think they have all been North American members where they get an option when they buy a game on line of whether they want download or code. I don't think that system applies for the EU, I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I believe if you buy the game in Europe you don't get the code option, it will only go to download.
