It's re-orderable. I believe it's just an item you can get at Christmas.

As ahousar says, it's reorder-able. And it's definitely not EU exclusive, at least not according to the MoriDB or any other website I've checked. It just has a small window of availability as a holiday item. Gotta love hype-flation.

Unfortunately, It seems their isn't any precise guide anywhere. Just awhile ago I searched endlessly for a "slushie machine" only to figure out it's a non-released dlc of sorts.

Bummer. I am shocked no fansites have made anything like this. It would certainly get hits to their sites...

Everything I've read (MoriDB, the horrible Prima guide, Tobimori.sblo.jp, and other AC forums) tells me that the slushie machine is just a normal item, available at Nooks that sells for 2400 bells.

It is a shame that there aren't any dedicated fansites for discerning what is actually rare and what is actually just a victim of hype-flation, but in time, all of that info will become available anyway.
