Error Code: 018-0513?

I've been getting this error consistently whenever I try to connect to a friend's town; I can visit any town except for hers and everyone else can visit her town, it is only me that can't visit her town.

Does anyone know what the error is/what causes it/how to fix it? ty

Maybe she needs to update her ds, or maybe it's a wifi issue.

maybe location has something to do with it? since you said you’re the only one that can’t connect to her

maybe turn any proxies or vpns off, check your internet settings in system settings and try again.

Anyone but me can go to her town and I can go to anyone else's town, we've had the problem for many months now and we've remained updated. :/
