Er... Badge question?

So I've been looking at badges and deciding which one is easiest/ most realistic for me to get next, and I saw that my HHA badge was silver and I'm kinda wondering what I have to do for gold... I already passed the 1.1m HHA score on my house, so I'm not sure what I have to do to get gold?

I've been searching up badge guides, and most said 150k points gets you gold. Am I missing something here?

It's 150,000 points in the interior-only evaluations. Talk to Lyle to end the theme challenge in order to do the interior-only ones again.
