I have a question: if I live with my friend, and i reserve that villager for them, can I just get on their town to collect the villager, or does it have to be my town

Well I live with my sis, and she's looking for poppy, so I wanna reserve the villager for her. But when poppy's in boxes, do I go on her game to grab the villager, or do I have to grab the villager from my game?

You can do it either way, as long as she doesn't mind you borrowing her 3ds
