Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the only way to spread the Eon Ticket is through Streetpass? So you'd have to meet up with someone in real life who has it downloaded and Streetpass them. I assume you can also go to Nintendo Zones, like the ones they have at some McDonalds, Best Buys, or airports, and streetpass with the people that way!

I checked Serebii and Bulbapedia, and both of them said this was the only way to get it - but I hope I'm wrong!
