I dont think they are gonna give the eon ticket away where I live. Or at least I havent heard anything about it.

Do you or anyone know how I can easily set up a Homepass in the UK? I am asking as I have a router at home which allows for two extra 2.4GHz wireless connections which are totally seperate to the routers primary wireless connection.

my brother streetpassed someone at his college and got it and then streetpassed it to me. plus his mirage spot for yesterday was cresent isle, so i got THAT as well.

its streetpass only, im p sure. at least youll give eon tickets to those you pass by. theres people organising streetpass relays so that more and more people have access to it.

Streetpassed someone about two days ago and got the Eon ticket. I was bouncing off the walls. When I move in January, I plan on setting up Homepass too.

Does the shiny charm affect legendary soft resets?
If it does, I'll have to work harder on my living dex x)

Not sure? I think it may or may not br confirmed that almost if not all legendaries are shiny locked.

Ah only Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, and deoxys are shiny locked in oras.

I believe it does. According to Serebii, the only shiny locked Legends would be Kyogre/Groudon, Rayquaza, and Deoxys. Some people claim that the Latios or Latias you get in the story is shiny locked, but the Eon Ticket one can be shiny. Either way, the one from Eon Ticket can be shiny. I personally did not download my living dex into sapphire so that I'll have more to do there.
