Envelopes, Other buttons I cant see

I cant See the Envelopes and the button showing wether the topic is new or not. Are theynot there, or is it just me?

You may not be able to see them as the site's server is down. Try refreshing your cache.

I can still see the Add reply buttons though..

They're hosted on the server which is down. You should still be able to do stuff though. Instead of hitting a button to Reply for example, it'll say "Reply" because of the alt text. If you still see those buttons, they're probably just cached and will probably go away soon.
