Its impossible to get the Enigma berry without hacks in Sun and Moon as its exclusive to a Darkrai distribution and Sun and Moon has not had one yet.

No. Pokemon bank does not let you transfer items.

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't pass through the hack checks, since it's just not available in Su/Mo it would always be picked up as illagel and not be able to go through trades
The only way would be to hack one in for yourself
