[Emergency] No Move Outs! [Resolved]

I apologize in advance if this has been covered before?please link me to the thread if so. I've looked tirelessly...

I recently reset to begin a new town for holding mine and others' villagers. This is something I've done before, and regularly cycle. However, in this new town, no one will move out.

I'm afraid this could be because I invited someone's villager (for holding) to move in before my initial 8 had moved in... I'm not sure what happened.

I've played for 18 days in-game days in this new town with no move-outs since hitting 10 villagers.

Does anyone have any clue how to fix this? I have two dreamies of my friends' in this town, and two of mine... and they're all stuck... ;_;

did you make sure you spam talked a villager to go through all the tutorial chats?

Did you get 100% and all tutorials out of the way?

Sometimes it takes awhile for me to get villagers out in old cycle towns. Max 7 days before a move out ping or cycle starts

Yep, I have a point-villager for gossip who's been talked to endlessly...

I've had this happen twice, in both of my towns. The first time lasted for months, this time just a few weeks. This time I also brought in other people's villagers before the game could move in villagers for me, but I hadn't done that in the first town, so if this weird stagnant villager thing has a cause, I doubt that's it.

Thank you guys so much for your help! The problem was solved. It turned out there actually was one villager I hadn't finished the tutorials with... Sorry for wasting everyone's time!
