It's the Kyogre you gave me, I would like it level 50 and in a dive ball, but everything else the same... Will changing the level change the moves?

Nope, the moves will stay the same
I'm not sure if I can get it to level 50 though if it's past a certain level (Im sure the one I gave you is lvl 100 yes?), I can try resetting its levels and going from there
But if I can't, I can easily change the ball​
