Yes and should be. Eloise is not from my town, but shirt is original, and most if not all of the furniture. Her catchphrase was changed, but I had Isabelle revert it. Before it was reverted, catchphrase indicated that the previous mayor hated Eloise, so hopefully she can move where wanted this time.
