Elise is my arch-nemesis

I've been trying to get rid of Elise for quite a while now. I've time travelled a bunch to make it go more quickly, but literally everyone else has been asking to leave, some multiple times, except for her. I've been working on this for at least a month. She has become the bain of my existance.

I've read other posts where people say to ignore them and they'll want to leave. That hasn't worked. Someone else said to treat her normally. Also failed. I couldn't move in a villager I wanted because of her. I'm pretty sure she is just trying to spite me at this point.

Any other techniques out there I should try? Has this happened to any of you guys? What did you end up doing?

Was she your last move in? Those are almost impossible to move

Nope. She was like my 6th, or whatever the first move in is, villager.

This happened to me three times, with Robin, Ankha and Chrissy. The secret for me was to FLOOD them with love: letters, visits, hide and seek, run EVERY errand they ask you to and talk, talk, talk. That is the only way I personally managed to get any of them to move. And this was after I tried the ignoring them method. It works for many players, but it did not work for me. Good luck. I know how infuriating this can be.

What I do its just talk 1 time and ignore until she pings then I ignore and time travel happy

On topic, I know that feeling. And sometimes when a villager DOES wanna move out but they will just say no anyway xD

THIS. i always flood the villager i want to move with attention, letters, etc. they usually are the next villager to ask me to move after i'm constantly talking to them for a couple of days.
