Elegant Villagers

I'm trying to create an elegant style town, I need the following:
An elegant villager, with a very elegant home.
Ex. Whitney, Celia
I'm not looking for villagers who have random items outside their home or outside home themes. If there is no villager of the personality that has an elegant home, I need an elegant villager look.
I need a lazy, uchi, smug, snooty, peppy, and a cranky

My snooty, but sweet, Willow has an elegant home. I improved it, though. When she put her rococo dresser up for sale in Re-Tail, I bought it and had it refurbished in Gothic White. It looks so much nicer in her room. She even plays classy music: K.K. ?tude.

You're request is a bit vague.Everyone has a different interpretation of what "elegant" means to them(and also "ugly" for that matter).You'll get better responses by being more specific.

Diana is very elegant, she has a very pure design and her house is very pretty. I'd go for her, although she's quite popular so she might be hard to get.
