I have a villager who moved into an inconvinent spot for me and I want her to move out. The problem is that I already have talked with her a bit and she may already have became a little friendly with me which may make this harder for me, but I don't want to TT. Any tips?

My best advice to you is to be as friendly as possible to the villager you want to move. Do favors for them, send letters, talk to them everyday, etc. Villagers with high friendship are actually the ones most likely to move.

If the villager's friendship with you isn't high enough, they could change their mind about moving (even if they already pinged you about it and you said they could leave)

From my own experience, the more you talk to a villager, the more they're likely to move out.
Whereas when I ignored villagers, they took months and months to finally go.
Idk, it's probably completely random. My approach now is to just befriend every single villager. That way, when someone moves, they'll be more likely to ping me. Or I'll be notified by someone else that a villager is planning to move. You're just more in the loop about what's going on in your town.
So I wouldn't worry if I were you. If anything, you made the process go faster. :)

villagers moving is completely random as far as I know, but I agree that being friendly with them seems to help. without TT'ing, it's going to take awhile for anyone to move, but you won't really have control over who does. TT'ing really only speeds things along. :s

There's been a few villagers I just don't talk to and they ping me to move...& then there are those that just randomly pop up saying they want to leave, and I talk to them every now and then....
And then those who I really enjoy having them in my town and they move. So it's probably random, and just depends. I've got about three I need out asap.
I had one I talk to occasionally ping me to move, and then they decided not to because I 'decided' too quickly lol so hopefully I get another ping for someone to move soon.

I think the best way to get villagers to move is to be as friendly as possible with them, otherwise their unlikely to want to move. It worked for me with Gladys, before that she would just not move away.

kill them with kindness is what they always say. i had winnie once. that demon horse just kinda invaded my town without my permission. it was the most frustrating and darkest period of my whole ACNL time. i tried hitting her with my so trusty net and shouted her name with my microphone and nothing worked. but then i finally got her out with TT and she moved.
