I believe those recipes are given to you on the last day of Bunny Day, April 12th. With the Wobbling Zipper Toy recipe being the very last one to obtain, as Zipper will only give it to you if you have crafted ALL of the Bunny Day recipes including the Bunny Day Arch (which is found on April 12th).
