Easiest way to make 400k?

Hi Everyone!
I need to get 400k in the daytime- not night/evening!
Whats the best way to this as I know the island bugs/fish are not as good now and I'm usually busy
Please help!

Good idea- but that can just waste time and money and also I don't want to be caught in a situation with someone who is going to threaten to not let me go

Then you'll probably have to try to grind for the 400k by fishing/catching bugs in your town.

The best way to make lots of Bells in the daytime is to go to the island. Not Club Tortimer, though, since there can be distracting people. You'll have to make a few trips to make 400k, but that's the best way to earn it out of all the choices in the daytime, I think. It works really good for me, and sometimes I can earn over 150,000 Bells in one trip.

You might want to invest some time into turnips. You can make well beyond 400k if you look around for a town that has a good morning price. If you don't want to do that, having an orchard of foreign fruit/perfect fruit will add up. Especially if your town is set to Bell Boom. You could always grind favors for your villagers and sell what they give you, too. Also make sure to always get your money rock every day. That's an easy 10-20k out of the way.

Sadly the easiest way to make it on your own is through the island bugs/fish...and the best time to do that is in the evening. :c You can still visit throughout the day to try your luck at snappers and the like, but you're going to have to make 2-4 trips instead of the usual 1 to make 400k. D:

The fastest way to make money without turnips is catching bugs on the island.

I make at least 300k every trip.

What you're going to want to so is get rid of all bushes, flowers, and non-tropical trees on your island.

Then plant as many tropical trees in the sand around the outer edge of your island.

What this does is only let rare beetles spawn.

You'll still get cockroaches, grasshoppers, and hermit crabs, but all you have to do is chase them away and make them despawn.- this can usually be achieved by swatting your net in their direction.

Make sure you chase the non-beetles away though! There's actually a spawn limit for how many bugs can appear at a time. So you want to get rid of the bugs that aren't worth much.

Only going for beetles, it takes me about a half hour to fill up my basket.

So roughly 300k a trip per 30 mins comes out to over 600k per hour!

Also, although they will spawn throughout the day, the optimal time to catch them is after 7pm.

I just want to point out that if you play late, DON'T get rid of the tropical fruit trees. I get giant stags and rainbow stags on them like crazy and they're worth more than most of the beetles. If you never play after 11pm your time then you won't get them though, so you don't need those trees.

also, I have never lost my beetles or anything in Club T. I have had a few annoying interactions but most of the time I am on the island alone. If you're in a hurry it's worth it to look for a nighttime island.

i meant worth more than most of the palm tree beetles, sorry. Giant and rainbow stags won't spawn on palm trees.

This is true. I leave one reg. tree @ the center & 1x palm flanking left/right of it. Rainbow Beetles look larger than the Fruit Beetle & is bronze in color.
