I thought it'd be fun and more exciting to do an early bird kind of giveaway like the title says. It's for those up throughout the earliest hours of the day obviously. My other two giveaways have lasted more then a few hours. So, I have two balloon hats. Just enter to win one if you like! Two winners will be chosen! I will most likely not be accepting entries after the contest ends of course. Once the winners have been chosen I shall post their names on the thread and then send each winner a PM. If the winner(s) does not claim their prize within 48 hours of the contest ending I shall redraw names from a random generator to decide the newest winner. This redraw will only be using the names of those already entered. I will not be reopening this contest. This will continue until the prizes have been claimed. All you have to do to enter is comment on this post. Winners will be chosen from a random name generator. When it comes to claiming the prize the winner(s) shall select when and where we meet. This is your chance to win a FREE balloon hat. I will send notices to the winner that they must claim their prize each day until it is time to redraw if they have yet to claim their prize.
