I'll give my two cents here.

1. Jimmy needs to stop hiring repeat offenders as mods.
2. I'm sure 2 administrators or 1 administrator and 1 moderator is enough for a 65-member forum. Hell, it's probably too much considering it doesn't/didn't look active.
3. Jimmy should just really close the forum off. Revive it when there's a market of kids to appeal to, namely, the release of Animal Crossing 3DS.
