I'd probably have to give it to the Uchi PWPs. I absolutely love the look of the Bus Stop, though unfortunately I have no idea where it would even look good so it will most likely never be constructed in my town. The Scarecrow is a must for me because my main town is horror themed and I love the season of Autumn, so they just contribute to that atmosphere. The Windmill is pretty nice and I threw it into that town as a reference to the 1931 Frankenstein film. I also utilize the Log Bench, as seating above the Jock-suggested Fire Pit, with stumps surrounding the rest of the Fire Pit so hypothetically all of the residents of the town could convene there. I'm currently trying to get the Picnic Blanket in my circus/magic show town. The other Uchi PWPs, the Geyser and Wisteria Trellis, are also pretty nice, though I don't really have any plans for them.
After Uchi, it's a really tight race between Normal and Peppy, with Peppy narrowly winning out. It's tough to separate Normal and Peppy since Normal has a majority of the Fairy-Tail PWPs, save for the Fairy-Tale Bridge that Peppy suggests, and the Faiy-Tail PWPs are just fantastic. I'd have to give the edge to Peppy as I compared all of the PWPs both have to offer side-to-side and Peppy had one more than Normal that I was fond of. Special shout out to the Illuminated Heart which I wanted for months and fortunately had suggested this week for my circus/magic show town.
After Peppy is, as should be obvious from the previous paragraph, Normal. After Normal is Snooty. Especially the Statue Fountain.
Past that I'm too tired to bother listing stuff.
