Since your town is still under development so there's not much I could suggest. But I think the water paths are pretty nice. You can use some more paths that fit them (like something white and pink) and work around them. You are having a great start and your mayor's house is very pretty. I like every room. If I'm not wrong, your town tune is the Romeo and Juliet's theme song, right? xD If so then I think you should add the next four notes and the tune will be much more romantic xD
