Dreamies

I hadn't really considered having certain villagers when I started the game but as I started to shape my town and I decided where the inhabitants were going to live I started thinking about who I'd want to keep. A couple of my dreamies are ones that moved in randomly whilst I was still formulating town plans (and focused on my house rather than town) that I grew to like, planned around and decided to keep. Axel was one of my starters and I'm keeping him as he's the only original one left and the first to give me his pic. I did want to keep Cookie too as I placed my house next to hers after she asked me to when I first moved in but I had a break in play and she left :(.

Ultimately though my list of 10 villagers I want is so that I don't have to plot reset each time I play in fear of someone randomly moving in and trashing my landscaping! Haha

I don't really have dreamies; I have villagers that I'd like to have, but I can live without them, and I'm not just going to go on an endless search for them. In my current town, I want to have all white villagers, but I can go with others, and I don't have a set list of villagers.

I think it's best to have a huge list of dreamies, just so it's easier to obtain them. There's a ton of villagers that I really like, so it's easy for me. :)

I find the dreamie thing makes the game feel dull. Having the same set of cute tier 1 villagers in your town and never havng them leave gets boring. I used to do that for a while but I got seriously bored of the same faces every day. Now I just play with the villagers I have, talk the most to the ones I like best, and when I get sick of em, let them move out. I usually jsut browse the forums and take in a villager who needs a home, or one who I've had my eye on for a while, but I don't really do the dreamie thing anymore.

I don't really care about what villagers I have. They're all adorable :3

Unless, of course, the said villagers include Pietro, in which case I would probably reset my town.

he's so friggin creepy

I also think it's fun to have villagers move in and out.

I dont see why having dreamies would be a problem! I love the feeling you get when you finally obtain a villager you wanted for a long time!
it's sort of bad when all your current villagers are dreamies, you have to pay a lot of attention so no one moves out of town, that makes me feel so sad when it happens!
