You’re right . I’ve been going island hopping with no idea who I want other than prioritizing the ones that I don’t have amiibos for and hoping that I don’t see Lolly, Marshal or Ankha since there is no way I can say no even though I have their cards lol. I’ve been way too picky though without a list, so yeah this should maybe help.

Same here, though there are so many cute villagers that I’d love to have on my island even if it is just temporary since I only have two spots left. Since we only have ten spots, for me, I think it’d still be accurate to call villagers that can’t make my final lineup dreamies. But yeah, I should’ve titled my list: dreamies & other villagers that I’m interested in.

You can say that to Henry the frog, too. I want someone to have that duck as a permanent resident, but you can have him for as long as you would like, if at all.

This is fun! Currently, it feels like my list of villagers I would like to have on my island is constantly changing - and getting longer and longer. I also get a lot of villagers who I get briefly interested in after I encounter them on an island or have them in my campsite or happen to seem them while scrolling through nookipedia before bed. The stars are roughly : ️️ = would like to have as a resident at least short term; ️️️ = really like, but need to see how I like having them as a resident to see if they might actually be a true favorite/ had them, loved them and let them go/ will let them go; ️️️️ = love! Probably a long term resident. For those I have not had live on my island yet, need to see if I actually connect with them. ️️️️️ - heart explosion/ bestie level.

I am actually interested about what you’re doing with the second island . You got a really nice lineup . I saw your screenshot of Biff and he really is cute even though at one point I didn’t think I liked any of the Hippos except for maybe Harry (though not for his design :x). Apple is really cute. I remember playing hide and seek with Apple In NL and the shocked expressed when I chopped down a tree she was behind was so cute ^.^ or when i swung the axe too close to her.

Wow, that's a long list! I'm sure you will get them all at some point though!

As of right now, on my island, I have two villagers who I am going to kick out at some point; Shari, and Eunice. I'm definitely going to replace Shari with Phoebe because she is one of my favorite villagers in Animal Crossing, and I had her in New Leaf. As for Eunice, I'm still on the fence about who to replace her with. Some villagers I really like that I don't have include, Filbert, Peoke, Annalisa, and Butch. The reason I am having trouble deciding is that I love all these villagers so much even though I have never had them. I will probably most likely end up going with Peoke though because I already have a Lazy (Sherb, whos also blue!) and a Cranky (Croque). As for Annalisa, I think I just like Peoke's design a bit better.
