Dream Village

Hi guys!
I wanna make a dream town for my village, but when is the right time to do it? my house is un-themed and only 2 rooms big, I am half way through getting all my dreamies, I don have many PWP's or the police station and the bushes around my path are about 1 third of the way complete. ALTHOUGH! I do have a completed path, 5 dreamies, Campsite, Cafe, two fountains and heaps of flowers.. So when would you guys recommend to make it?

You could put your Dream Village up now, and slowly work your way up to your ideal Dream Village. It's a good way to earn bells, too. I believe that there is a team on this site being formed to rate Dream Villages, so if you started now, that team could help guide you to the 'perfect dream village'.

I would also like to add that it's a good thing to have your dream village available, like in your signature (even if it's not fully completed).

If you mention something in a thread, like "I found a great way to arrange flowers in my town", we can visit your town and check ^_^
