Dream town with Zucker

I have never seen Zucker in the game, and want to see him. But nobody seems to have him.
Does anyone have a dream suite address with zucker within it?

I have Zucker moving into my main town tomorrow (his house plot has been reserved today--he's moving in right next to Town Hall). You can come visit once he's in. We've already exchanged Friend Codes since you came to my second village to pick up Tammy yesterday.
