Dream Town With Lily

I can't make up my mind about my last dreamie. All the villagers I like are normal and I have no peppies. I have been trying to decide on a peppy and just can't. I'd rather have another normal villager who I love, than have a peppy villager I'm so-so towards just for the personality.
Once I decided this I had fun browsing the normals.
I was almost decided on Fauna till I saw Lily! She's super adorable! The frogs are cute and I already have a deer. Her color scheme is pastel and sweet! I heard the frogs don't use umbrellas in the rain which is fun. Her Japanese name is Rainy. I like that she's not in as many towns as Fauna is.
I think I have decided!
Now I just need to meet her. So, anyone have her and care to share your dream address?
