I've been working for months on my town, Torres, and think I have a WIP that's somewhat presentable! All the houses are finished. I know there's a couple of bare areas around town (I'm still waiting on some uchi PWPs), I need to clean up some flowers, finish my beaches, and that I'm short a couple dreamies, but I'm really proud of how far I've come! The town theme is a haunted forest. c:

5700-5959-6891 is the dream address!

I do have a specific question for anyone who visits: Do you think the town would be best set at 7PM, 1AM, 4AM, or 5AM? I really love how it looks in any of these times, but am not quite sure which music fits the aesthetic best.

I just visited your dream address, its really forest like and nice! I personally dont like night time hours, i love sunsets heh.

Thank you!! ^^ I was hoping to make it feel like a natural forest, so that means a lot. ;w;

I really love the sunset at about 7PM! The purple skies are lovely. c: It's also my favorite music, hehe.

Visited and I will say... it doesn't give off the vibe of a haunted forest to me. It looks too lively. I know that it's probably super difficult to pull off a creepy atmosphere with Animal Crossing, but it honestly just seemed more cute and calming than anything. Might I suggest adding some dead trees and more black hybrids? I think that the 5 am music also plays into this - I don't really see it as a creepy tune. I personally think that 7 pm or 4 am would be better.

Otherwise, the area around your train station is really pretty; I liked it a lot. I also like the fact that the town is in winter - it's a very nice season for dream town exploring.

heading there now

like the above poster, I don't get any creepy vibes off the town and the houses produce the same feeling
the christmas lights didn't help either

try replacing some of the clover path with some broken brick patterns that would give a more dilapidated feel

have a dream of my town; I have some spooky vibes in the houses and bits of the town

I can't visit until tomorrow night, but I look forward to seeing it! But I would suggest not setting it to night time hours. I find that it makes it too hard to see and appreciate the town.
