No one knows yet. It'll either be there with a new or the same feature, or just not present. It could also be added at a later date as a bonus update, we just don't know.

I'm sure there will be some sort of feature that will allow us to share our islands like the Dream Suite. They haven't really shown us all the buildings, so it may be there.
