Dream Suite - Help!

I've been playing the game for a month and I still don't have the dream suite! I looked on google and it said one day Isabelle will be sleeping and that's when I get it, but it still hasn't happened yet?

How long did you guys wait before you had it?

There are a few things you have to do to get it.

1. It has to have been one week since you unlocked the ability to build public works projects
2. You had to have built at least one public works projects.
3. You had to have used the online feature at leat one.
