Sorry if this is old news but i just got the Dream suite on my new file
yay! it finally works, when you get Luna to select a random town, i have been took to a town called Vertania, but yeah in my old file, it never worked, so they must have finally sorted out the server
I was an avid dreamer in my old town, even getting medals for it, so its great that the random feature finally works..
