I believe so, I only make that assumption because I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to visit DAs from deleted islands and not DAs from people who no longer have the subscription. Like the DA is uploaded to Nintendo so it’s in their hands after that. I could be wrong though.

Yes, anyone can visit your dream address once it’s created and made public, regardless of Nintendo online subscription status. Also, you can delete your island and the dream address will still be there.
