My mayor wears a short white wedding veil with three white roses atop the head and has bright orange hair. She has 3D glasses and rainbow tights. Along with that, she also sports a pastel sky blue kimono with pastel pink "straps" and snowy white flowers.

Do not yell at me if I do not like your prices. I prefer ones that are 500 or under.

Requirements:
-full color
-decent shading
-transparent background
-chibi or cartoony style
-glasses hide eyes completely
