A little while ago, I got Drago as my tenth villager... possibly over wi-fi or streetpass. He moved right on top of my paths and flowers. Because of that, plus I have a different lazy dreamy, when he asked to move during my TTing escapades, I allowed it. I am unaware of how popular, if at all, he is. If you have any of my dreamies, I would be happy to trade for them, or bells. I'm giving him an hour.
