I don't see how it can be satisfying but I don't find it uncomfortably gross either.

I’m really not about it. My suitemate freshman year was obsessed with Dr. Pimple Popper, and with pimples in general. She would even pop her boyfriend’s pimples while they were sitting in the common area, and it grossed me out. I get why it’s satisfying to some people, but it’s not for me.
