it is kind of anoying, or let everyone post but not make topics, this will allow voices to e heard without new topics being made.

So... You want to be able to post right? I don't know... That means it could be hard to differentiate from news and discusion. Say a new news is posted, and someone says something in another thread. It runs the risk of being ignored.
